Just like to say a huge thank you to your team for helping me sell our house recently. We’d already gone through another agent but didn’t receive anywhere near the service you provided. When I was looking for property you were the most pro-active with regular emails and new to market information that met our criteria, so when our contract was up, that was the reason we moved to Cooke and Co. We had more viewers in 2 weeks than we’d had with six months with our previous agent. When an offer came in, Helen was particularly brilliant at talking through our buyers survey and explaining it to them, first time buyers can be alarmed at homebuyers surveys but Helen reassured them, and we were easily able to negotiate the works to be done. Admin (yes you Julie) were great, nothing too much trouble and always on the end of a phone call or email. Cannot fault your service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you. Thank you! I expect you receive many “ thank you’s” for your efforts from satisfied clients. Nonetheless I would like to add to these, and place on record my gratitude for your professionalism, expertise and overall efforts, from marketing the property quickly and at the correct price (including arranging six viewings on the first day), to the numerous phone calls and e mails to arrange said viewings with prompt telephone ‘appointment feedback’ and the advice regarding the offers received.
All of this contributed to a successful sale, with the added bonus of an offer above the asking price.
As I said to Mike Storer at the outset, I am sure that so called ’on-line Estate Agents’ have their merits for some, but for me, you cannot beat or put a price on local knowledge and the ‘hands on, can do’ approach that you as a company provided. It goes without saying that if I ever come to sell another property, Cooke & Co. will be my default choice.

Helen was very professional and fair to me and the buyer . She always kept me informed of developments . All of the staff were very helpful . As I lived in another part of the country to the location of the property I was unable to visit very often and someone from Cooke and Co called in on a regular basis to make sure everything was okay. I was always kept up to date about viewings and comments. I would recommend Cooke and Co to anyone wishing to sell their property.

having just sold & bought properties using cooke &co i have to say how pleased my husband & i are with the service we have recieved, we have no complaints about any of the staff we came in contact with. Special mention for Helen, without her help & advice our purchase would have been ten times more stressful – especially helpful dealing with our stroppy solicitor! whenever i contacted Helen she was prompt, polite & most important of all totally professional, i felt she went out of her way to help us, however, when i thanked her for this she said “that\’s my job, this is the service you are paying for”, this was our second time selling, & third time buying a property with cooke & co, personally i wouldn\’t use any other agent.

From start to finish nigal (and all his staff bent over backwards for us ) we left them a key and they sorted out all viewings etc , we didnt have to lift a finger from start to finish , we also found that there fees were the best around , we never once had to chase them up , they phoned us EVERY time there was a development , if only every estate agent was as good as cooke and co the housing market would be booming

I can only say one world “Profesional”. I have bought and sold a lot of properties in my time and never have I been so informed/kept in the loop with what is going on. I used Cooke & Co when I sold my property recently. The service was second to none. It’s really refreshing to meet somebody who is friendly and professional at the same time. I felt like Nigel was with me every step of the way. It’s a shame I no longer live in the area because I would have no problem selling my house with Nigel again. A first class service from someone local who is with you every step of the way, you can’t ask much more really.
